When you transfer an amount that exceeds 10 million ISK during opening hours (ie. on a working day between 9-16) the payment will first appear as pending in the app’s transaction summary. It will remain like this until indó reviews the transaction and allows the payment to continue.
If you are making a transfer of more than 10 million ISK outside of opening hours, you will receive an error message in the app because the systems that mediate large payments between banks are closed. The transfer must then be sent again during business hours.
