Foreign card payments, such as PayPal payments or refunds from foreign vendors, are typically credited to your account 1-3 days after the payment has been initiated. This is because all payments go through the Visa system, and we only record the payment as a deposit to your account after we have received the sales note from the foreign party in the transaction settlement from Visa.
