Can I freeze the card in the app and continue using it on the phone?

No, when you freeze your card, it goes on "pause" everywhere, affecting both the physical card and the digital version in your phone’s wallet app.

Let’s say you can’t find your plastic card one day; you can simply freeze it in the indó app to ensure your money is 100% safe. If the card turns up later (it’s always worth checking that other jacket pocket!), unfreezing it in the app is a breeze, and you can go right back to using it as if nothing happened.

Also, if you see a transaction on your statement that you don't recognize, we recommend freezing the card in the app and contacting our support team so we can look into it with you.
