Do I have to pay a fee if I pay a claim through the indó app?

Certainly not. We don't charge you a single penny for paying claims or bills.

If there is a notification fee, then it is paid to the entity that sends you the invoice (or bill).
For example, if Orkuveitan sends you an electricity bill, they may add such a fee.

Unfortunately, we have no control over whether this fee is charged or how much it is.
