How does my account balance go negative?

When you swipe your card, we withold the amount until the settlement request is received or up to 7 days after the transaction. Meanwhile, the transaction is "pending". After 7 days, we assume that the purchase has not been completed and release the amount (account balance increases). Occasionally, the settlement request is sent after that time and if there is not enough balance in the account, it goes negative. If that happens, you can message us through the in-app chat, and we will help you identify the transaction.
