When you transfer an amount up to or exceeding 25 million ISK during indó’s operating hours (which are weekdays between 9 AM and 4 PM), the payment will initially appear as pending in the transaction history in the app. It will remain pending while indó’s financial management processes the payment.
If you attempt to transfer 10 million ISK or more outside of office hours, you will receive an error message in the app because the systems that handle large payments between banks are closed. So, you will need to register the transfer again during operating hours.
