The indó cards are issued by VISA and therefore work everywhere VISA cards are accepted (which is nearly all over the world). If your card ever fails to work while you are abroad, please feel free to reach out to us in the online chat, and we will look into it immediately.
You can find the online chat in the Indó app by following these steps:

On the home screen, tap on "Stuff" at the bottom left.

There you will find "Support Chat"
Here, you can ask about anything under the sun (related to your Indó account) as the online chat is in a secure, authenticated environment. This authentication is required for us to perform any actions related to our customers’ accounts.
