I paid with an Indó card, but the seller didn't provide what I paid for. What should I do?

You can request a chargeback, and the process is the same for both debit and credit cards. Before initiating a chargeback on a transaction, it's essential to try to resolve the issue directly with the merchant. If that doesn't work, we can assist you with the claim process through VISA.

So, the first step is to contact the seller and ask for a refund. If you don't receive a refund within 15 days of making the request, get in touch with us, and we will provide you with a form to fill in the details of the transaction. We will then start the refund process on your behalf.
