What should I do if I don't recognise a transaction on my account?

If you see a transaction you don't recognize, the best thing to do is freeze your card right away. You do it with these steps:

  1. Open the indó app
  2. Select “Card” from the tab at the bottom of the screen
  3. Press "Freeze"

Then it is best to contact us through the online chat in the app (because then we can verify that you are you). There you can tell us about the transaction that you don't recognise and we'll look into it for you.
