What should I do if I don't recognise a transaction on my account?

If you see a transaction you don't recognize, the best thing to do is freeze your card right away. You do it with these steps:

  1. Open the indó app
  2. Select “Card” from the tab at the bottom of the screen
  3. Press "Freeze"

It’s best to contact us through the in-app chat (as this allows us to verify your identity). There, you can tell us about the transaction you don’t recognize, and we’ll look into the matter for you.

You can find the chat by following these steps:

  • Open the indó app
  • On the home screen, tap "Stuff" in the bottom-right corner
  • Tap "Support Chat"

From there, we can proceed with the case in an authenticated environment.
