I got locked out of the app, how do I get back in?

You can always reset your passcode to access your indó app. You simply follow these steps:

  1. Press "Forgot?" on the login screen
  2. Type in your New passcode
  3. Type your New passcode again
  4. Authenticate with your electronic ID & type in the new passcode
