You can find the online chat in the Indó app by following these steps:

On the home screen, tap on "Stuff" in the bottom right corner.

There you will find "Support Chat"
Here, you can ask about anything under the sun (related to your Indó account) as the online chat is in a secure, authenticated environment. This authentication is required for us to perform any actions related to our customers’ accounts.
