Where is the Online Chat?

You can find the online chat in the Indó app by following these steps:

  • On the home screen, tap on "Stuff" in the bottom right corner.

  • There you will find "Support Chat"

Here, you can ask about anything under the sun (related to your Indó account) as the online chat is in a secure, authenticated environment. This authentication is required for us to perform any actions related to our customers’ accounts.
