Why do all my claims appear in the indó app?

All claims that come to us go through what we call the "Claim Pool" at RB. This is a computer system shared by all banks and savings banks. When a claim is created, it appears in all online banks or apps that the customer uses. However, once you have paid the claim in one place, it will disappear from everywhere else, ensuring that it's impossible to pay the same claim twice.
