Why do I need to have been with indó before getting an overdraft?

We need to set strict conditions at the start. All the requirements we establish are to minimize the risk of lending and ensure we lend at the right pace.

Initially, we only lend to those who have used indó consistently for three months. We measure this by checking if users have made at least 10 card transactions in each of those three months. However, we look forward to adjusting these criteria in the near future as we gain more experience with lending and better understand the demand among indó customers for loans.
