What if I can't pay back my overdraft?

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and our goal is to help you resolve the situation. 

If you're having trouble repaying your overdraft in full at the end of the period and are unable to apply for a new overdraft (for example, if you don't meet the requirements), please get in touch with us and we'll set up a payment plan so you can repay the overdraft gradually. 

We want to help you avoid unnecessary fees or inconvenience - but if no action is taken, we will be forced to send your overdraft to collections.
