How do I calculate the cost of an overdraft?

The only cost for an overdraft with indó is the interest, which depends on whether you have a plan to reduce the credit limit or not. The cost of the overdraft is the amount in use each day multiplied by the interest rate and 1/365, which represents one day's interest.

So, you calculate the daily cost of your overdraft as follows:

Amount of overdraft in use * overdraft interest rate (0.XXX) * 1/360 = Daily cost

If you have an overdraft limit that you do not use, you will not pay any interest.
