To meet the requirements for an overdraft, we need a confirmation that you have received a minimum salary of 325.000 ISK per month for the past three months. If you provide consent using your electronic ID, indó will obtain your salary information from the database maintained by the Icelandic Revenue and Customs Office (RSK).

Therefore, it is not necessary to have your salary paid directly into an indó account to obtain an overdraft; you just need to demonstrate that you have a steady income.
